Aquapure / Hydrafacial

Aquapure (also known as Hydrafacial in its American version) is a multi-stage deep cleansing facial treatment that uses a hydrodynamic vortex system to cleanse, exfoliate, extract impurities and infuse moisturizing actives in a single session. It is the star treatment for skin with enlarged pores, excess sebum, blackheads, dull or dehydrated skin, and is preferred by many patients as a monthly skin "reset".

How does Aquapure work step by step?

The standard protocol combines four phases:

1. Cleansing and exfoliation: the device removes dead skin cells and prepares the skin for the following phases with gentle but effective exfoliation.
2. Skin activation: an acid (glycolic or salicylic) is applied to loosen impurities from inside the pores.
3. Painless extraction: Vortex suction extracts blackheads and sebaceous dandruff without manual pressure or pain.
4. Infusion of active ingredients: serum containing hyaluronic acid, peptides, vitamin C and antioxidants specific to the skin type are introduced into the skin.

Personalizing the treatment

One of the great advantages of Aquapure is its adaptability: the infused actives are selected according to the specific needs of each skin (anti-aging, antiblemish, moisturizing, illuminating). Suction pressure and times are adjusted for sensitive skin.

Recommended frequency

For maintenance and prevention: one session per month. To improve very congested skin or acne: 4-6 sessions every 2 weeks, followed by monthly maintenance.
