Deep nasolabial folds
The nasolabial fold deepens with age because the cheek loses volume and descends, and the skin loses firmness. Filling only the fold is not always the best option: often it is better to restore support to the midface. In consultation we study the whole face to decide where to act.

How we approach it
- Hyaluronic acid in the fold or the cheek, depending on the cause
- Collagen biostimulators, for firmness
- Tensor threads, if there is sagging

Frequently asked questions
Why not just fill the fold?
Because if the cause is the cheek descending, filling only the fold can make the face look heavier. Treating the support usually looks more natural.
Can it be done in a single visit?
Often yes, with a later review to fine tune. The doctor will propose the plan after the assessment.
What happens at the information visit?
It is a first visit with the doctor, at no cost, where we listen to you, examine the area and explain which options make sense in your case. There is no commitment to start any treatment.
