Privacy policy

The controller of the personal data collected through ClinicaEstetica.com is InterPartner Global, S.L. (Tax ID B-67222000). For any communication related to the processing of personal data you may contact us at legal@clinicaestetica.com or via the site contact form.

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when using the contact form (name, email, message, language) and the data associated with your session if you choose to sign in with a magic link (email). We do not use advertising tracking cookies and do not sell data to third parties.

Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you submit the form or sign in. Storage of contact messages is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for the time necessary to manage your enquiry.

We use the following providers as data processors, all GDPR-compliant: Supabase (message storage and authentication, EU region), Vercel (hosting, EU region), SMTP2GO (notification emails). We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area except to providers with EU Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to, restrict, and port your data. To exercise these, write to legal@clinicaestetica.com with "GDPR: [your right]" in the subject. If you consider that processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Contact messages are retained for 24 months from the last interaction. User accounts are kept while active; upon deletion request they are removed within 30 days.
