Sagging skin on the abdomen, arms and thighs

Body sagging appears when the skin loses collagen and elasticity, which speeds up with weight changes, pregnancy, age and sun. Skin that has lost firmness is not the same as excess skin: the first responds to medical treatments, the second needs a surgical assessment. In consultation we examine the area and explain what we can expect in your case.

How we approach it

  • Focused ultrasound and radiofrequency, to stimulate collagen
  • Collagen biostimulators, injected into the area
  • Body tensor threads, depending on the assessment

Which body areas can be treated?

The most common are the abdomen, the inner arms and thighs, the knees and the buttocks. The doctor chooses the technique by skin thickness and area.

When is surgery needed?

When there is hanging excess skin, for example after major weight loss. CB Clinic does no surgery: if that is your case, we will tell you at the assessment and refer you to a plastic surgeon.

What happens at the information visit?

It is a first visit with the doctor, at no cost, where we listen to you, examine the area and explain which options make sense in your case. There is no commitment to start any treatment.
