Red or white stretch marks
Stretch marks are breaks in the skin's elastic fibres when it stretches fast: pregnancy, adolescence, weight changes or muscle building. At first they are red or purple and over time they turn white. Recent ones respond better; old ones can improve in texture and colour. In consultation we assess their type and age.
How we approach it
- Carboxytherapy, to stimulate the skin of the stretch mark
- Microneedling, for texture
- Laser, depending on colour and age

Frequently asked questions
Which stretch marks improve most?
Red ones, because they still have blood supply. White ones improve in texture and blend in, but rarely disappear. That is why it is worth consulting early.
Can they be treated during pregnancy?
We do not do these treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Afterwards, the doctor assesses when it is a good time to start.
What happens at the information visit?
It is a first visit with the doctor, at no cost, where we listen to you, examine the area and explain which options make sense in your case. There is no commitment to start any treatment.
