Imbalance in facial proportions
Sometimes the concern is not a particular wrinkle but the feeling that the face has lost its balance: a less defined profile, an asymmetry or volumes that have changed over the years. We analyse the face as a whole before treating any single area.
Treatments we offer
Facial harmonisation
Facial harmonisation is an approach that analyses the face as a whole (proportions, symmetry, volumes and projections) to design a combined treatment plan aimed at overall harmony while respecting each person's features.
What it includes
It is not a single treatment but the combination of several procedures based on the doctor's analysis: treatment of expression lines, hyaluronic acid for volume in the cheeks, lips, chin or temples, biostimulators for skin quality and energy-based technologies for texture and laxity.
The philosophy
The aim is not a stereotyped ideal but consistency between features. The doctor works with proportions (facial thirds, rule of fifths) so that each step makes sense for the whole face and not only for one isolated area.
The consultation
It starts with an assessment of the face at rest and in motion, a photographic analysis and a conversation about expectations. The doctor proposes a plan that can be carried out in one or several sessions depending on the areas and the complexity of the case.
What to expect
The outcome depends on the treatments included and on each person, and is assessed at the follow-up visits. As a guide, the effect of combined treatments lasts between 12 and 24 months. Like any medical procedure, it can carry risks and side effects, which the doctor explains before the informed consent is signed.
