Enlarged pores, blackheads and dull skin

Excess oil, impurities and lack of hydration show as more visible pores, blackheads and skin without radiance. They are surface changes approached with a medical cleansing and consistent care at home.

Treatments we offer

Deep facial cleansing

Deep facial cleansing with hydrodermabrasion is a step-by-step treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and hydrates the skin in one session, using a suction and water system. It is indicated for enlarged pores, excess oil, blackheads and dull or dehydrated skin.

How it works, step by step

  1. Cleansing and exfoliation: the handpiece removes dead cells from the surface.
  2. Skin preparation: a mild acid (glycolic or salicylic) is applied to ease the extraction of impurities from the pores.
  3. Extraction: suction draws out blackheads and oil residue without manual extraction.
  4. Infusion of actives: serums with hyaluronic acid, peptides, vitamin C or antioxidants are applied according to skin type.

Personalisation

The actives are chosen for each skin (hydration, radiance, acne-prone skin), and the suction intensity is adjusted for sensitive skin.

What to expect

After the session the skin may be slightly red for a few hours. Changes in texture and hydration vary between people and are assessed over several sessions.

Indicative frequency

For maintenance, one session a month. For very congested or acne-prone skin, the doctor may advise 4 to 6 sessions every two weeks. Like any medical procedure, it can carry risks and side effects, which the doctor explains before the informed consent is signed.
