Facial rejuvenation: the signs of skin ageing
Over the years skin makes less collagen and elastin, loses water and renews itself more slowly. The result is not one change but several at once: fine lines, less firmness, spots, uneven texture and a duller tone. That is why there is no single anti-ageing treatment: at the medical assessment we see which sign matters most in each face and plan in stages, which may include the so-called regenerative therapies.
How we approach it
- Biostimulators, to stimulate collagen production
- Hyaluronic acid, for loss of volume and deep folds
- Focused ultrasound, for mild sagging
- Facial laser, for texture and fine lines
- Regenerative therapies, for skin quality

Frequently asked questions
At what age should you start?
There is no fixed age. What guides it is the state of the skin and what concerns you: in your thirties the talk is usually about prevention and skin quality, later about firmness and volume. The medical assessment decides case by case.
What are regenerative therapies?
They are treatments aimed at improving skin quality from within, such as polynucleotides or exosomes. They do not aim to change features but to support skin renewal, and they are usually combined with other treatments.
Can more than one treatment be combined?
Yes, and it is the usual approach, because each treatment deals with a different sign. The doctor decides the order and the intervals so the skin recovers between sessions.
What happens at the information visit?
It is a first visit with the doctor, at no cost, where we listen to you, examine the area and explain which options make sense in your case. There is no commitment to start any treatment.

Where we assess it
